Leonora Aixas is Strategy and Business Development Consultant for Ypsilon Licensing. With more than 25 years experience and leadership in the licensing industry in key corporate positions with a tenure at the international division at Saban in Los Angeles, at Chupa Chups and setting up the Mattel team in Spain with a management position EMEA, Leonora brings a prestigious background and solid reputation both domestically and internationally. Leonora focuses in the licensing and brand strategy development. She helps to manages key sales and agreements with licensees and retail. Leonora is also in charge of the PR support team and the relevant cross-promotional activities with a 360º approach. She leads the national licensing and PR teams and works closely with Roberto Mitrani and Isaac Anidjar in all areas.

I’M VERA LUCIA

SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Vera Lucia De la Cruz is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Ypsilon Licensing. With more than 7 years experience in marketing, trade marketing, sales and licensing in companies such as Bacardi and Mattel, Vera Lucia is instrumental to achieve the business goals of the company. She is in charge of the product approval process, oversees the development, is responsible of the administration, communication, project management and sales support of the licensees represented and acquired by Ypsilon Licensing. She is also the main contact between right owners, international producers and licensees for all marketing and advertising materials. Vera Lucia has two degrees: Business Management and Marketing in Peru and a Master Degree in Marketing and Sales in Spain and brings proven experience in LATAM and EMEA markets.

I’M ISAAC

SALES MANAGER & PARTNER

Isaac Anidjar is Sales Manager, Partner and Member of the Board of Ypsilon Licensing. He is also Member of the Board of Anibros S.L. and Multitrade S.A. and Head of International Operations of the Group’s fashion brands design and manufacturing. Isaac is also creator of the man’s clothing brand Fyord as well as responsible of the brand marketing, media and retail strategy.
Isaac holds a BA in Arts and Humanities from the Tel Aviv University and a Master in Business Management from the Commercial Business School.

I’M ESTHER

ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Esther Ortega is Administration and Logistics Coordinator at Ypsilon Licensing and Head of Marketing and Administration at Ypsilon Films. With more than 20 years working with Roberto, Esther brings a comprehensive knowledge of distribution, production and L&M marketing and logistics operations with a solid experience in the management and control of the internal resources according to plan. Esther supervises marketing efforts and liaises with the TV partners regarding all the established campaigns, deliveries and logistics. She co-ordinates statement reports together with the internal Group Administration division and the international right owners. Esther reports to Roberto Mitrani and Daniel Anidjar.

I’M ROBERTO

CEO YPSILON LICENSING

Roberto is Co-Founder of Ypsilon Films and CEO and Co-Founder of Ypsilon Licensing. With almost 30 years in the entertainment industry, Roberto brings a solid domestic and international market experience in television distribution, new media rights exploitation, sales and acquisitions of television brands, co-productions, financing and Executive Production of animated series and live action films with international partners such as Universal Cartoon Studios, Endemol/Southern Star, Viacom, Turner, The Walt Disney Company and BBC Films among others. Roberto oversees the international operations in Southern Europe, The Middle East and Latin America. He is also responsible of evaluating potential ownership and equity participation opportunities in international entertainment properties. Roberto is fluent in 6 languages and holds a BA degree in Political Sciences, a BA degree in Arts and a Master in International Marketing.

I’M DANIEL

COO YPSILON LICENSING

Daniel Anidjar is COO of Ypsilon Licensing where he is in charge of HR and Finance. Daniel’s other current positions include CEO of Anibros and CFO and Member of the Board of Anibros subsidiaries in Spain and abroad. Daniel brings his extensive business experience to Ypsilon Licensing particularly to help define strategies, internal support (Finance, HR and Legal) as well as manage the operational and organizational framework. Earlier in his career, Daniel held a variety of Management positions in CSC New York office as Research Analyst, The Whole Shebang New York as Sales and Marketing Director and Skip´s Clothing Company Philadelphia as Quality Controller. Daniel is French-Spanish and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Science from Philadelphia University.

PARTNER YPSILON LICENSING

Sergio Brenner is Partner and Member of the Board of Ypsilon Licensing. He is also Member of the Board of Multitrade and CEO of the Group’s Medical and Parapharmaceutical company Orthopaedics and Surgery DPP INTERNACIONAL. Sergio is also Executive Vice President of ANFAMS (Spanish Medical Manufacturers Association).
Since 1990, Sergio brings an extensive know how and a large experience as head of the EMEA. Latin America and Asian DPP INTERNACIONAL operations.

EVP GLOBAL OPERATIONS YPSILON LICENSING

Eric Anidjar is Executive VP Global Operations at Ypsilon Licensing. He is in charge of the company’s international strategy with Roberto Mitrani. Eric is also responsible of evaluating potential ownership and equity participation opportunities in international properties, bringing his strategic vision and management skills to expand the entertainment activities and strengthen Ypsilon Licensing and Ypsilon Films line up. With more than 25 years experience, Eric is also Member of the Board of Multitrade S.A. and Chairman of the companies of the group Textiles Scala S.A. and Aintex S.A. Both companies are dedicated to the manufacturing and worldwide distribution of petrochemical and textile raw materials with subsidiaries in the five continents and a solid leadership in South America, Africa and Asia.
